Development of Christian Character.
A Christ-like character is developed within each member of the school when God’s ways are taught and promoted in all areas of curriculum and relationships. Children are equipped for future leadership and citizenship by learning God’s principles for living. The school aims to focus not only on academic standards, but to help the children to be learners for life, happy healthy people, full of the joy of the Lord.
Establishment of Biblically based thinking.
The establishment of Biblically based patterns of thinking in all areas of the curriculum and in relationships with others acknowledges that the world is God’s and that all truth comes from Him. God’s word, the Bible, is authoritative and infallible. Biblical principles are incorporated into all areas of management and curriculum. The outcome of a Biblically based curriculum is knowledge of God’s world, living fully in it, and the development of a God focussed world view integrating physical, social, ethical, emotional, spiritual, intellectual, and aesthetic areas.
Development of God Given Talents.
Motivating pupils to use their God given talents to develop high educational standards individually and across the school generally.
Development of a Christian World View.
Encouragement for pupils to develop a reasoned and balanced world view based on the Bible comes from an understanding that God is relevant in every aspect of learning and living and at every level of thinking and maturity. The school will assist the pupils develop an ability to uphold and communicate this Christian world view.
Acknowledgment of Parental Responsibility.
in Christian Education Acknowledgment is made that parents have the primary responsibility for the Bible based education of their children. The School assists parents in fulfilling this responsibility.
