Dear Parents/Caregivers
Tena Koutou Katoa
Greetings to you all
Here we are almost halfway through the term and there are a few small signs that spring is on the way. The children are certainly enjoying the heat of the sun and the opportunities to get outside most of the time.
Our school assemblies are a time when we all come together each week to praise and worship, to celebrate and to hear a message from a member of staff. Often this involves a funny story or a play but there is always a point that challenges the children to walk a path that is pleasing to God.
‘Thank You’ to those parents who attend our weekly parent prayer meetings. Please feel free to come in to the staffroom on Monday mornings at
8.45am-9.15am for a time of fellowship and prayer.
Just a gentle reminder:
- Please ensure your child is dressed in the correct uniform.
- If your child is away, please phone the school no later than 9:00am. There are times when Paku spends almost up to an hour trying to track down absent students. Your support will be greatly appreciated.
